This three-part treatment is designed to give your skin a fresh start, especially after the harshness of winter. It aims to remove build-up, improve texture, boost collagen, and hydrate from within. The star of the show? The Genesis Laser, often dubbed the 'Hollywood Facial,' beloved by celebrities for its complexion-enhancing abilities.
Now, I'll admit, I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat when it comes to facial treatments. The word 'laser' initially sparked some apprehension. But this is where it gets interesting...
The Genesis Laser turned out to be surprisingly gentle, with zero downtime. You can head straight back to your day without a trace of redness. I left their Stonefields location with a post-facial glow, but little did I know, the treatment was doing some serious work deep within my skin.
The first treatment uses the Genesis Laser to stimulate your skin's natural processes by remodeling collagen. It increases collagen production by gently heating the dermis. This part of the treatment targets fine lines, wrinkles, and improves skin texture. It also effectively addresses signs of ageing like sun damage and facial redness. It's paired with microdermabrasion to gently remove dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, more radiant complexion.
The second treatment combines another Genesis Laser session with medical-grade masks. First is the Illuminate Mask to brighten and boost radiance in the face, and the Firming Peptide Mask to lift, tighten and nourish the delicate neck area.
The third and final part involves again, the Genesis Laser, followed by a medical-grade enzyme exfoliation and a hydration mask to remove any remaining surface build-up, refine skin texture and lock in deep moisture to maximise radiance and glow.
The Verdict: I truly enjoyed this three-part treatment. It delivered noticeable results – my face was brighter, more hydrated, and clearer, all without any downtime.
